1、暖衛工程概況
暖衛工程包括給水系統、排水系統、消防系統、雨水系統、空調冷卻水系統。
1.1  給水系統
水源為室外給水管網接出—根DN 150引入管，接人大樓地下—層。根據水壓，給水豎向分高低兩個區，高區為四至十六層，由屋頂水箱供給；低區為地下二層至地上三層，該區利用場區給水管直接供水。
1.2  排水系統
 室內排水系統為污水、廢水合流系統，地上部分直接排出室外；首層單獨排出室外；地下部分分區設置集水坑匯集地下室污、廢水，然后用潛水泵提升排出室外，潛水泵由集水坑水位自動控制；糞便污水經室外化糞池處理后，排人市政管道。
1.3  消防系統
1.3.1  本樓消防系統由消火栓系統、自動噴水滅火系統及氣體滅火系統組成。
1.3.2  消火栓系統水源為地下一層的消防水池，其貯水量432m3。平時由屋頂水箱供水，屋頂水箱貯存消防水量18m3。系統上、下成環，除水箱間、變配電間外，其它各層均設有消火栓保護。室外設有三套消防水泵接合器，供消防車向系統供水。
1.3.3  自動噴水滅火系統水源為地下一層的消防水池，自動噴灑用

1.1 Water Supply System
