1、工程概況
北京××科研實驗大樓工程位于北京市××區××路××號，總建筑面積29052m2，地下二層，地上十六層，結構型式為全現澆框架—簡體結構，建筑物檐高59.65m，總高65.40m。
    該工程施工現場狹小，現場內設辦公用房和鋼筋加工廠、木工棚、成品、半成品及周轉材料堆放區域等，將民工生活區設在現場以外。
 該工程工期630天(打樁降水除外)。
 該工程處于北三環與北四環之間，南臨××路，為保障施工順利進行，特將消防保衛放在重點地位，而制訂該方案。
2、施工現場消防保衛情況分析
 根據現場臨設及施工現場情況，預計本工地消防、保衛重點部位有如下幾處，為使工地達到市級文明現場的目標，確保不出現火災及失竊等事故，特將這幾處重點危險區提名到案，加強在施工中的管理。
(1)北京××科研實驗大樓工程屬全現澆框架一筒體結構高層建筑，施工過程中木材用量較大，大部分施工人員為民工，由于民工對消防知識懂得較少，防火意識差，思想容易麻痹，不定時會出現民工在現場違章吸煙情況，以及施工中的電焊焊花濺落容易發生火災。
(2)現場臨設材料庫、油庫和油料存放處等地方油類、漆類、易
