UT 斯達康杭州研發生產中心工程位于錢塘江南岸杭州高新區內。
工程建筑總面積247278m2，分為南區(Ⅲ段)、北區(Ⅰ段)、河道(Ⅱ段)
三部分。
Ⅱ段多功能廳為型鋼混凝土結構和鋼結構組合結構，直徑54m，
結構層數3 層。結構主要包括四個核心筒體（芯柱鋼骨基礎底部－4.0m
至15.835m），9.850m 標高的樓面梁、板，16.550m 標高的樓面梁、板，
16.550～33.400m 范圍的雙支柱系統和屋頂鋼結構。
核心筒體混凝土強度等級C40，采用泵送商品混凝土。最大粗骨
料粒徑為25mm。連接各核心筒體的鋼骨混凝土結構大梁混凝土強度
等級C45，采用泵送商品混凝土。最大粗骨料粒徑為20mm。UT Starcom Development and Manufacture Qiantang River in Hangzhou Hi-tech project in the area.

16.550 ~ 33.400m range of two-pillar system and the roof steel.
Core wall of concrete strength grade C40, using premixed concrete. Largest crude bone
Material particle size is 25mm. Connecting the core walls of steel reinforced concrete beam concrete strength
Grade C45, using premixed concrete. Maximum aggregate size is 20mm.
