該工程是由我公司于1994年9月破土動工的，基礎施工采用混凝土鉆孔灌注樁，由**基礎工程公司第三工程處施工。一層地下室采用聚氨脂防水涂膜防水。主體工程為現澆鋼筋混凝土框架剪力墻結構，外墻裝飾為長條磚貼塊
