第一章 編制依據與原則
第一節 編制依據
一、浙江省臺縉高速公路臺州至仙居段建設項目土建工程S1合同段招標文件和交通部《公路工程國內招標文件范本》(1999年版)。
二、標前會議所澄清的問題及補遺書等。
三、合同規定采用的施工技術規范,驗收標準及質量、安全技術規程。
四、現場實地勘察調查資料。
五、我單位的技術實力以及近年來參加公路、市政等類似工程的施工經驗,目前可投入的機械設備和人員。
第二節 編制原則
一、管理人員和施工隊伍:組織精干、高效的項目管理機構,選派具有多年高速公路橋梁、隧道、路基專業施工經驗的管理人員和技術人員組成強有力的項目領導班子。就近調集具有類似工程施工經驗專業施工隊伍參加本合同段施工。
二、施工組織:統籌安排施工,做到均衡生產,采用先進的組織管理技術,提高施工機械化程度,降低成本,提高勞動生產率,減輕勞動強度。
三、機械設備配套:采用先進的機械設備,組成配套合理、高效的機械化作業線,充分發揮設備的生產能力。
四、施工工藝:根據本工程特點和施工內容,結合我單位多年來類似工程的施工經驗,運用我公司開發的先進的國家級、部級工法,橋梁鋼構部分采用掛籃懸壁施工,隧道開

II compilation principles
