（一）編制依據
1、北京城市鐵路股份有限公司發放的《招標文件》、07標段設計圖及答疑資料等。
2、國家、北京市相關法律、法規、規章和技術標準；
3、對以往類似工程的施工經驗和我單位現有的技術裝備和機械施工的能力；
4、建筑工程、鐵路工程、公路工程及其它相關規范、標準；
5、現場調查情況
（1）設計單位的設計意圖；
（2）沿線道路、房屋、電力、水源等；
（3）當地氣候及自然條件；
（4）取土場及輕軌鐵路工程所需材料來源地點、可供量、質量標準；
6、目前我單位計劃參加施工的專業施工隊伍及機械設備。

（二）編制原則
1、滿足招標文件提出的工期要求、質量要求，確保施工安全和環境保護；
2、專業工程由專業施工隊伍施工，并提高機械化施工水平；
3、分部工程分段分項連續施工，優化施工方案，提高施工效率；
4、采用成熟的施工技術和工藝。
5、單體橋工程跨越城市道路工程，施工時保證行車行人安全及不阻斷交通。
(A) prepared on the basis

(4) The earth borrowing yards and light rail projects as sources of material location, availability, quality standards;
6, now my unit plans to attend a professional construction team and construction machinery.

(B) Basis of preparation
1, the duration to meet the tender document requirements, quality requirements, to ensure construction safety and environmental protection;
2, professional engineering construction by a professional construction team, and raise the level of mechanization of construction;
3, sub-sub-division of continuous construction projects, optimize the construction program to improve construction efficiency;
4, using sophisticated construction technology and processes.
