路面底基層是在基層下鋪筑的承重層,江蘇高速公路路面,采用石灰、粉煤灰穩(wěn)定土(簡稱二灰土)底基層,結(jié)構(gòu)厚度20cm。
高速公路施工難度大、技術(shù)要求高,因而在路面施工中,必須層層把關(guān),嚴(yán)格要求。從底基層應(yīng)給予高度重視,防止在二灰土底基層施工中出現(xiàn)原材料質(zhì)量不合格、配合比不準(zhǔn)確、拌和不均勻、碾壓不密實(shí)、接縫不平整等質(zhì)量弊病,避免出現(xiàn)粘土夾層、起皮、松散、裂縫、彈簧、翻漿等質(zhì)量缺陷,以確保路面底基層的工程質(zhì)量。
根據(jù)交通部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JTJ034-2000《公路路面基層施工技術(shù)規(guī)范》結(jié)合江蘇已建成高速公路路面施工經(jīng)驗(yàn),對路面二灰土底基層施工,提出如下指導(dǎo)意見。
一、 準(zhǔn)備工作
1、 必須配備齊全的施工機(jī)具和配件,做好開工前的保養(yǎng)、試機(jī)
工作,并保證在施工期間一般不發(fā)生有礙施工進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量的故障。底基層采用單幅路拌法一層攤鋪施
