A. 施工方法
a. 恢復中線,放出施工路段邊線樁,清理平整原地基使之滿足粉噴攪拌樁現場施工要求。
b. 測量繪制方格網圖,準確定出樁位,其偏差不應超過設計規定。
c. 標定輸灰泵的輸灰量,灰粉到達噴灰口的時間,預攪下沉速度,噴灰攪拌提升速度,重復攪拌下沉速度,重攪拌提升速度等施工參數,并進行試樁,使其強度達到設計要求。
d. 樁機,設備安裝就位,調好平整度及導向架的垂直度,使粉體噴射攪拌樁的垂直度符合設計要求。
e. 攪拌機預攪下沉,下沉過程中一般不沖水,如遇堅硬土層必須適量沖水時,要報經監理工程師批準,并考慮沖水對樁身強度的影響。
f. 預攪下沉至設計深度后,起動輸灰泵,將符合質量要求的固化材料(水泥或石灰),按設計用量、次數、速度,在規定深度,經噴灰口邊續噴射,攪拌機械連續攪拌,并提升至距地面0.5m處。
g. 重復攪拌下沉至樁底,再重復攪拌提升至距地面0.5m,最后用水泥土回填樁頭,并壓實養護。
