安裝工程工程量計算表使用說明書  
1、計算工程量前，肯定要進行熟習圖紙（高手除外）和收集相關(guān)的圖集資料。此時可以打開《匯總表》把圖紙上所涉及到工程量計算的工程項目一一羅列出來，當然不用先急著計算工程量,但可以套上定額編號或清單編碼，套上定額編號或清單編碼后，表格自動編序號。對于直接可以清點出工程量的少量工程項目，如配電箱等可以將工程量直接寫入?yún)R總表。  
2、圖紙也看完了，要計算的項目心中也有數(shù)了，可以打開按圖紙計算工程量了，同我們手工計算一樣，在《計算表》中，填寫計算部位，規(guī)格，列算式，當然計算結(jié)果不用我們再按計算器的了。計算中，要注意，匯總是自動完成的，且是按特征規(guī)格欄進行分類合并的。這一欄必須與《匯總表》欄保持名稱一致，如 PC20管暗設(shè)，可以就寫“PC20/暗”,具體按個人書寫習慣了。  
    3、校驗一列，是用來核對我們《計算表》特征規(guī)格同《匯總表》特征規(guī)格是否一致或是否有項目，如規(guī)格類別名稱沒有或錯誤，如“PC16”寫成 “PC15”,則顯示“請核對”，核對無誤則打鉤“√”。為了節(jié)省時間，或不打斷思路，就先一步一步先算吧。最后把有“請核對”的項目修正至全部為“√” 就可以了。  
    4、《封面》中分部工程、分項工程中的填寫內(nèi)容,可利用“▼”按鈕進行選錄,缺項內(nèi)容可自行在《單位庫》中B列、C列補錄。  
    5、《匯總表》中序號在定額號錄入后可自動錄入。  
    6、《匯總表》、《計算表》中的單位中的填寫內(nèi)容,可利用“▼”按鈕進行選錄,缺項內(nèi)容可自行在《單位庫》中A列補錄。  
    7、《計算表》的計算表達式中,可利用“[、]”填寫附注內(nèi)容。  
    8、《計算表》中增加操作序,便于在利用排序功能尋找相同項目后恢復原位。  
    9、《匯總表》、《計算表》均設(shè)置多頁打印表頭自排功能和頁碼自動排序。  
    10、《匯總表》、《計算表》均設(shè)置表頭凍結(jié),便于查看。
